I feel exactly the same! I'm so grateful to know about and have these ASMR videos now but sometimes I think back to times in my life where I really could've done with them back then but ASMR videos didn't exist back then or weren't popular or common like today. I wish these existed when I was in college too, also a very difficult stressful and traumatizing time for me too, but as you said so glad we have them now to help us ♥

So I sometimes listen to ASMR while I'm working, helps me focus /stay calm. Meaning I didn't really watch this, but it was really soothing and pleasant to hear. I'll have to give it and other videos a watch later when I'm not working 🙂

I loved the video and love how you ues the magic healing stone's where so great and as soon as you said what the hot stone's where for i wasn't scared and when you light the candle i believed that i could smell the lavender and lilac and jasmine and i was falling asleep but every now and then i opened my eyes to make sure that you was right there and i love how you said that you had us and that made me smile so big and the stoones helped take all the bad stuff that had happened through out the day make it all go away and i will watch it again when i go to bed tonight thank you Jeremiah your #1 in my book

Injuries? Is "everything" an answer? Massages are so difficult for me and I don't know why. My LMT can use the lightest pressure on earth and I'll still cry in pain. I can deep breathe myself purple. He thinks something nerve related is going on. I need to listen to this stuff more often. I hold on to pain like it's useful. 🤦‍♀️
