I’m also someone who’s never experienced them. I have insomnia and I’ve tried so much and even resorted to drugs and it still doesn’t help. ASMR is the only thing that can make me fall asleep nearly instantly so even though I’m missing out on the tingles I’m still glad I get to enjoy asmr in my own way.

The cactus!!!! OMG! You have such unique triggers; I love this video! My favorites were the exfoliating mat + brush (I rarely get tingles and that triggered them!), the bamboo umbrella (L O V E !!!), and the raincoat; I really love fabric sounds, especially the crinkle of plastics and light crunch of stiffer cottons. But the cactus is so creative, and really a lovely sound; it reminds me of a rainstick :)
