I go to Celebrate Recovery to get help with these things and to hopefully inspire others who are hurting. It's really the only place that I can go and unburden myself and not feel judged because everyone there freely admits that they've screwed up too.

Not sure what the difference is, but your videos seem to "work" better when you're on the left side of the screen and your subject is on the right. I watched this just after your head and neck massage with your BIL and the difference is noticeable. Like the new mic BTW.

I also broke a 20+ year habit of biting my nails. It happened as a byproduct of cutting out caffeine from my diet. I looked at my hands one day and was astonished that there were actually white tips on my nails. Had to go buy my first nail clippers.

Thank you! I first would have to thank my girls at Celebrate Recovery who helped me break a 20+ year habit of biting my nails. With that said, I do them myself. I've only had a professional manicure twice in my life. One of my best friends does her nails all the time so I got quite a bit of advice from her after I broke my habit.

This is by far my favorite video . Maybe one day you can do a face, ear and head massage with a lot of ear massage and the walking of the fingers. Also maybe I hand and arm massage leading to the shoulders .

I have and still do. I still really struggle with one addiction practically every day but I know that if I'm struggling, I'm not failing. In a few months, this will be my third anniversary since my first chip! Congratulations for making it 2 weeks! That first one was the worst, wasn't it?!

As some one studying to become a Buddhist High Preistest/ Minister. I diffinately think that study energy work would be very benifical, especailly for addictions. Sometimes a negative feeling or energy can resort to a bad habbit relaps.I think personaly for me one of the good things about these videos is that it creates very positve energy. In most massage practices from the olden days, it centered around spirituality.

It will then transfer to the person there conducting the massage on. For me just watching the videos makes me feel content since the videos incorperate a release that is as please to watch as I know it is pleasing to feel and experience. A lot of what I would like to do as a high preistest/ minister is create an open space for all denomiations but also in the importance of understanding and utilizing positive energy which was once a widely common practice.

Maybe you SHOULD consider going into it as a profession, either as a masseuse or even better as a massage or physical therapist. This world would be all the much more better off for it if you learned all that knowledge base and got licensed, and you'd be making a heck of a profit although that's not the point of this. I know I'd want to be one of your patients. I still would love to see you regularly if I lived nearby. Ah, well, one can dream, right?

my husband is bald and does not respond or "feel" anything when i tried this with him. therefore, since he doesn't feel anything, he will not do the same for me. this troubles me. as someone who grew up with a mom who stroked my hair/head to put me to sleep, i feel like i would have to pay someone just to experience that pleasure again.

First, thank you! Second, not at all. Anyone can massage... but the difference is massage therapists actually know more about how to help the body using different techniques. I just do this as a hobby and make sure to avoid the spine. :)

The reason for this is because the person giving the massage would not only be releiving the other person from there physical tention but also energetic/spiritual tention as well. Once the person conducting the massage completed the massge, The would say a prayer by asking there god to take away the negative energy. It is even suggested that even today, it is best to conduct a massage while being focused and centered because if there is negative energy in the person conducting the massage.

Did you shave his head as well? If so you should have that included, watching a shave or haircut is actually ASMR for some reason. If you want closer try straight edge razor and if you're not inclined to use that, i shave my head off in the summer with a electric shaver and mach 3.
