Tbh, when i hear "meditate" i immediately think of eucalyptus. I was going to set my phone down, as i usually do, but the visual triggers were so good i had to keep watching! And that passage you read from the book? Blew my mind 🤯🫠 This reminds me so much of being in college and my friends and i would stay up all night and just talk. Had some of the deepest conversations during those years.

I'd like to clarify the text for some people though: *Nurture the good, resolve the bad* I think a lot of people could benefit from that passage, but I feel like how it's defined in the book is dangerous. I ordered a pillow from Emma which I didn't like (too firm for me) but it was a high-quality pillow. The main point though, returning it was a breeze. They sent a delivery courier to pick it up and I got my refund soon afterwards. I would try their (softer) products again, perhaps a mattress.
