SSC ka one time registration wale me roll number ka confusion dur kijiye. Roll no. ke section ke niche likha hai ki if roll code is given in your matriculation certificate then enter "Roll code-Roll No." Kya roll code ke sath roll no. Lgana jruri hai. Yadi nhi likhe to koi problem hogi kya?

A. Laziness 1. Avoid laziness 2. Do not sir more than 45 minute sit gap, do hobby , or break, quiz or walk? 3. After wakeup write down every task of your day. List everything movie, exercise, social media, youtube, bath , walk etc etc 4. Focus on your health, and rest. Sleep 1-2 hour in daytime and the do your other tasks. 5. Use 5 second rule. To utilise time B. Addiction of shows 1. Don't waste your time on regular shows like, IPL,BIGBOSS etc . 2. In some case watch 1 day a week. C. Relationships 1. Avoid relationship . 2. If you're in relationship then be with who supports you in growing. 3. Stay away from fake friends. D. Social media 1. Use social media for a limited time. Add in to do list. But follow them which motivates you in preparation. 2. Telegram for only study related E. Overthinking 1. Reality basis analysis 2. Stay away from negative people
