I hated reading out loud in class and had exactly the same thing about shaking, heart beating, etc. Nobody to read it out for me either as nobody understood about autism in 60s and 70s. Nor even about the crippling anxiety. It dawned on me some years ago in my long writing career that this is maybe one reason why I write - compensatory for not being able to speak! Yet like me you're more at home doing videos. For me this is because I am in control and may do several takes so they're never live. I didn't even do one of these until two years ago at the age of 63 (after diagbosis!)

That would be great. My goal for my videos and books is to reach out to the autistic community and those who help them.
