Asphalt Green Deal - Fliegl Bau- und Kommunaltechnik

Aufgrund des Klimawandels, haben es sich die Regierungen auf der ganzen Welt zur Aufgabe gemacht zu versuchen Emissionen einzusparen und Ressourcen zu schonen. Die Asphaltindustrie hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Treibhausgase in Anlehnung an den European Green Deal zu reduzieren. Dafür muss umweltfreundlicherer Asphalt mit geringerem Kohlenstoffgehalt hergestellt werden.
Der Asphaltstraßenbau ist eine vielseitige und komplexe Angelegenheit und basiert im Wesentlichen auf vier Grundpfeilern: Design, Produktion, Transport und der Baustelle.
Die Produktionstemperatur des Baumaterials hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Entstehung von Kohlenstoffdioxid. Daher ist es wichtig, diese möglichst gering zu halten. Der Transport und die eigentliche Ausbringung des Asphalts sind ebenso wichtige Faktoren in der Entwicklung von umweltfreundlicherem Asphalt. Eine konstante und gleichmäßige Temperatur im Asphalt-Mix ist unabdingbar.
Der Nachteil von Kippern ist, dass diese das Material mit oftmals sehr großen Temperaturunterschieden abladen. Straßenschäden können aufgrund dieser Unterschiede schon bereits nach wenigen Jahren auftreten.
Die Abschiebetechnik ist eine Innovation im Transport und macht es möglich Asphalt mit niedrigen Temperaturen und hoher Qualität auf die Baustelle zu bringen. Während der Übergabe an den Fertiger entstehen mit dieser Technik nur geringe Temperaturunterschiede und es herrscht eine kontinuierliche Homogenität. Dies wirkt sich sowohl auf die Qualität, als auch auf die Lebensdauer der Asphaltschicht positiv aus.
Zusätzlich bieten die Abschieber die Möglichkeit in Tunneln, unter elektrischen Oberleitungen, anderen höhenbegrenzenden Hindernissen und auf Flughäfen abzuladen ohne Gefahren zu riskieren.

The disadvantage of dump trucks is that they unload the material with often very large temperature differences. Because of these differences, road damage can occur after only a few years.
The push-off technology is an innovation in transport and makes it possible to bring asphalt to the construction site at lower temperatures and higher quality. During the transfer to the paver with this technology, only small temperature differences arise and there is continuous homogeneity. This has a positive effect on both, the quality and the service life of the asphalt layer.
In addition, push-off trailers offer the possibility of unloading in tunnels, under electrical overhead lines, other height-limiting obstacles and at airports without risking any danger.
