I'd like to thank all the guys from Asphyx for staying true to what death metal is. This is the essence of brutality. 300bpm quarter notes doesn't make anything heavier. Super clean production doesn't make anything more brutal. Death Metal is supposed to be raw and in your face and Asphyx is the Paragon. I miss the tape trading days of the 80s and early 90s alluded to in the lyrics. Lots of good memories come back just listening to this tune.
