Love how Asphyx keep chugging along putting out great music. I am more impressed with how Martin Van Drunens voice is practically unchanged from when he was in Pestilence. Consuming Impulse was one of the first Death Metal albums I ever heard.

To me something doesn't feel right with the vocals...doesn't matches the instrumental tone, and I really like the instrumentals, rhythmical, not that Death Metal sounding, but it is oriented on that side, considering random drum bashing thing. I suspect this band is kind of Melodic Death Metal / Death Metal ?
