I've only been partaking in the handbag craze for about half a year. I learned about aspinal pretty early on. since purchasing most of my aspinal items, I've gone on to get much higher priced bags. but there's something about the aspinal ones which I always come back to. however the large quilted lottie that I did buy left me wanting. this puffy version might be what I was hoping for originally. decisions decisions.

Hi Kelly! Yes I think Aspinal has some very special qualities. If this little pillow bag goes over well for them perhaps they will make it into a bigger bag. I think that would be cool too.

Oh this is a gorgeous new bag!!! The leather looks so good and soft!!! I think, like you said you, you could absolutely get a beautiful chain from someone else and also may be able to use the chain with a different bag. You may want to let them know about what happened...I think that can be very helpful for brands. :-)

Right-there is no internal organization so that might be better or worse. But the chain is detachable so that gives you options! 💖🌸

Gorgeous bag, love the luxurious quilting and functional back pocket! Too bad the strap wasn’t as described but good that it’s removable (unlike, e.g., the Chanel WOC). Charlie’s curiosity about the unboxing is so adorable 😊

question please - since you have both this bag and the quilted Cassie 20. I understand this one is smaller. Which one do you prefer and why? I'm looking for an evening bag - to wear to anything cocktail level and less casual (not black tie) but wouldn't hate it if I could use it during the day also.Thank you!

@@onegreenvoice no worries-but I’ve never had the quilted tabby 20. I’ve had the pillow tabby and shearing tabby. Just based on those the strap options are better for the tabbys. But I prefer the look of the Aspinal without the big “C”.

That's definitely misinformation regarding the strap drop. I suggest feeding it back to Aspinal. It may save them a lot of returns/complaints.
