Purchased an ovation round skirt tub from Home Depot and thought it was a pretty solid deal. Not very solid when it comes to the plastic bracket that holds the tub skirt to the main body. I don't know which is flimsier the bracket itself or the attachment method. Any twisting or bumping around of the tub during installation and these weak plastic brackets pop off randomly. Not knowing what glue works on assumed acrylic and ABS plastics I glued and fasten them down with duct tape to hold it until I got it in place. Also read that you cannot use standard cleaners on the tub which is disappointing even Windex is not recommended. What?
