Having owned this board would you recommend it? I can’t decide between this or the asus trx-50.

Go with the ASUS if you can. Honestly it's by far the standard for this platform. Unfortunate it doesn't have Wi-Fi so you'll have to get a card or dongle if you don't have one already. However if $899 isn't an issue for you, get the SAGE for sure.

Which power supply? This board needs two 12vHPS connectors.

NORMAL PSU works just fine, just make sure to plug in all the 6pin PCIe connectors for the board.

What RAM do you recommend for the 5955WX and this Motherboard?

This board only takes Ryzen 7000 series and as for RDIMM recommendations. Of course I'll go with Kingston Renegade. V-Color seems to have high speed RDIMM kits as well.

Yeah its a bit disappointing that on a $700 motherboard there's no USB V4 or TB. Could have done without the SlimSAS instead

I’ve been trying to install the ASROCK thunderbolt 4 aic and cannot get it to work. I can see the thunderbolt devices attached, but I can’t approve them in thunderbolt control center. Any thoughts?
