Lakshminath Bezbaroa was honoured by 'Rasaraj' title by Assam Sahitya Sabha on 29 December, 1931 at Sivasagar session. Nagendra Narayan Choudhury was the president of that Asam Sahitya Sabha session. So both Assam sahitya sabha and Nagendra Narayan Choudhary will be correct.

Kathakali is a classical dance form from Kerala. So we can eliminate option C. Out of options A and B, both are traditional dance-drama with some element of devotional fervour. However, when narrowed down to the subtle differences between the two, it turns out that Yakshagana has the similar embellishments and decorum to that of Ankia Naat. On the other hand, Nautanki has different set of decorum and place of performance (e.g. performed on the street as well). This leaves us with option B. So in our consideration, Yakshagana should be the appropriate choice, although final conclusion can be drawn only from the official answer key. Thanks for asking, keep watching.

If you take only Barak Valley and Dima Hasao district, Manipur is on the eastern side of them. But considering the Brahmaputra valley region, it's more to the southern side. In our believe, Arunachal Pradesh is the only state, which can be fully claimed to be on the east of Assam.
