This solution is not a fix, it's simply switch between fullscreen to borderless fullscreen, which decreased performance.

If your game resolution = your screen resolution, yes, Fullscreen work like a charm. If not, it's bug, you may want to play it with Borderless Fullscreen.

I found a way.....go to display settings check out the resolution that u have set...keep the dame resolution in game tooo.....select full screen.....there u go
