Pretty rare to come across knowledge in D2R KZbin videos but this added a lot of context to why runic and greater talons are worth so much more with good rolls than other claws. I didn’t know the opportunity cost was so high to use other bases! Great video and I really hope you make more in depth videos like this for relatively experienced players to enjoy.

Out of curiosity , is there a discord or any master fpk sin players that I can speak to more in depth about claw selection specifically rune word selection for certain claw bases ? Basically I want to make sure I’m using the right runeword/claw based on the bonus skills the claw grants. For example I have a 3LS/3DF/1BS Runic Talon, should I be making a Chaos , Plague , Fury ? Obviously it’s dependent on my overall gear, but I’d like to speak to someone more in depth about it. lmk. There needs to be some PvP FPK advisory center set up where all people do is provide PvP advisory services. Gear selection, in-depth matchup explanations, gear swaps min maxing of builds. Million dollar idea right there 😂

I will go budget option of using treachery, and using hard hitting suwayyahs. Also dunno if it is worth dumping points to lightning sentry any more and fully synergize blade shield. Rely on fade proc and fully maximize venom and claw mastery. Given the fact that we would use kick to teleport, no need for for as well

Pvp and pve are clearly 2 different beasts.. pvp kinda requires ias breakpoints be met.. otherwise you're dead.. However.. even if you don't make a high ias trap build, and rather have higher trap damage output, one can still rock burst of speed to make up for lack of geared ias.. guess it depends how squishy ya wanna be.. since ias doesn't affect trap "speed" (casts per second).. you would technically be better off using +6ers with facets.. (in a straight trapper build) Regardless if you have enigma or not.. dragon flight is an amazing skill for pvp and locking down a target, (in conjunction with blade sheild and mind blasts to stun/trigger hit recovery.

Yeah Warren's tools are usually on point. I haven't tested it with WW barb yet, but I'd trust it 100%

Did they patched wsm "glitch"(clicking twice on a main hand and getting much better ias,if off hand is much slower even better speed)? Can't play d2r on my computer that's on dying breath but that was cool "glitch-mechanic" for sins and barbs...

Please keep in mind that these are not the ONLY claws that are good; for this particular build, which is mainly centered around PvP, it's great. But consider other builds, too. Melee builds might like high base speed, but Bladesin builds do not care for ias, but like higher base damage. For instance, the Scissors Suwayyah+Suwayyah, especially Ethereal, with +3 Blade Fury, make ideal bases for Plague for a Bladesin that doesn't use Blade Shield. Blade Fury hits once every 4 frames after a short wind up and projectile movement, and IAS doesn't matter. But with the way Blade Fury works (75% of weapon damage, plus base damage, all ED% *.75 but with both added together, elemental damage at 75%), that higher base damage works wonders. Runic Talons are acceptable, War Fists, with higher base damage, might do better with a GODLY rare, but Suwayyah/Scissors Suwayyah are easily the best bases. +3 Blade Fury Ethereal versions of this, plus anything else on top of them, make for incredible little things. Good adds for these are Blade Sentinel, Fade, Venom, Shadow Warrior/Master, and Dragon Flight.

Biggest thing to understand is why a 30 base GT is not as good as a 40 base GT Takes a 35k fg claw and makes it 100k + Because… you can now account for slow from arach belt 63 ias needed 40 +15+15 (70ias) on a 40 GT 2/3/2os gets you this.
