It's because of the elemental sword when you cast cold bolt, look it up

Take a read on elemental sword script. When u have equiped elemental there is 5% for autocasting coldbolt lvl3. If you cast coldbolt lvl 3 there is 100% chance for autocasting fire bolt lvl 3. If fireb lvl 3 there is 100% for a.cast lightning... Last is earth spike lvl 3 If you force casting cold bolt lvl 3 is enought
