I'm in Firenze on a trip right now and I went to that church and I looked for that skull in the assassin's symbol on its walls. Sadly, it wasnt there.

This was by far my favorite of the secret locations. The cathedral is so beautiful and and fact that you have to go all the way up makes it awesome. Also, anyone else thinks Ezio looks a little bit like the Black Knight from Fire Emblem with Altair's armor??

3 years later and people still cant get it lol Im here precisely because of this! You meant to jump on the light in the middle from one of the windows, but I keep missing it because Im turned around and It pretty hard to get the angle right.

So you jump to the left you'll see the swinging pole and board as u jump lower then climb up the windows to the third row of bars on the window. Shimmy on the windows to the middle window then hold RT and aim your stick backwards toward the hanging light or chandiler then jump to the farthest right window that you couldn't shimmy to because the banner blocks you and there you go

for everyone who was wondering at 5:03 the object that you see to the left is a treasure chest with 250f in it. look left and jump down to the ledge using the poles. climb the wall and jump to the light (angle the joystick up and left or thereabouts). then jump to the box and collect. just a note i had to do this a few times and if you miss most likely you will have to reclimb the puzzle.

The first ever Tomb mission you do cannot be replayed, as it is a Story mission. However, for others, after you beat the first one, Pause the game, go to DNA, go to the right, beyond the "Seconday Memories" and select Secret Locations. Select the Tomb you want to replay. This also works for Assassination Contracts, and Beat Up Events, Races, so on. Hope I helped, have a nice day :)

If you collect all 6 of the seals, you can use them in your Uncle's Villa to unlock Altair's armor, which is the best armor in the game (highest resistance, highest health bonus and it never needs repairing), that and the difficulty involved in retrieving it. Good thing we have Zwoooooosh's walkthroughs to help us.

It makes it so you never have to go to the armorer ever again. Plus, it makes your max health go up, and you take less damage to boot.

This is insane, I managed to get to the tomb on my second attempt (and get back down on my third). However I completed it by first scaling the circular pillar thing (which is tricky but easily doable) and when I managed to get back down from the tomb, which is the hardest part - apparently I hadn't completed the tomb because I hadn't climbed up the conventional way. RIDICULOUS

yes the black comes with altairs armor but you can get black from the tailor in forli its called wetlands ebony

Find codex pages. There usually rooms in the city guarded by 4 guards. They blend in real easily though. They should be marked on your map too.

If you look at the beginning of the video at 0:12, you can see that when he walks up tot the fountain to turn the skull, it says to press B to interact, and the B is a red button. On PC it would be an E usually, or it wouldn't be in a red button, and on PS3 it's the circle.

Hah, as a Prince of Persia, Tomb Raider and Uncharted fan, I thought these tombs were a fine "minigame", but it's funny reading comments of people who hated it. Anyway, a little bit late but happy new year everyone.

The tombs are completely optional. In fact, the only required missions in the entire game outside of story missions are collecting the Codex pages, which are all infiltration missions. The whole point of AC2's design is that, if you don't want to platform, you don't have to unless you want 100% completion. Of course, I thought these tombs were the best parts of the game. Your mileage may vary.

You guys keep complaining about these tombs but I love it. Hack and slash gets old and this takes advantage of free running system nicely. Also a lot of you seem to forget or not know this was made by many of the same people that made Prince of Persia which is famous for its platforming and acrobatic puzzles.

Altairs armor is not necessary but it is the best armor and you get an achievement/trophy for every tomb you do and when you get all the tombs.

No, you need to find all 6 seals before you can unlock it and that means you have to unlock most of the districts.

i finally got it. there is something in betweeen the two windows... so you need to jump from the one on the left and quickly grab on the nearby pillar.

1. Nah, once I beat the main story I started working on everything else (still am). It's a long game. 2. If you've unlocked the district the tomb is in, you can enter it and get the seal. 3. Depend on if you like the dyes (Video of all dyes on my channel). I did, so I dyed until I got altair's armor. 4. I like Altair's armor the most. :)

There are no feathers in the tomb, you're talking about the treasure chest. And I didn't get the treasure chest for 2 reasons 1) I don't know how to get most of the chests myself in the tombs and 2) this video is an assassin seal guide, not the chests.

I remember my game glitched out only once through my whole playthrough and it was at the treasure room at the end of this tomb. Ezio got stuck climbing something.

@Efreeti What? If you go at 5:01 left instead of jumping on that wood hanging on a rope you can find secret area(treasure). There aren't any (pigeon) feathers inside this secret locations. You can always repeat this secret locations memories by selecting them from dna in the game. You can also repeat assassinations, but not missions.

I had the same problem. I just jumped down from the door, ran over to the colosses or whatever, and climbed straight up them (alot faster route). But since I didn't drop the ladders, I missed out on checkpoints, and taking the seal didnt register. Took me ALOT of tries and searching the web in frustration to figure this out.
