yes, there are different uplay passport code in each ubisoft games, so if you buy AC3 new, you will get a uplay passport within.

It's an ability called "Disguise." Only works for a certain length of time and all that but it's pretty handy if you know how to use it. Takes a little skill to make it truly effective though.

No. There is a similar ability, though. The "Wipe" ability mutes whispers, heartbeats and abilities from all nearby (8m) players, and reveals them using the same animation than mute on revelations when it affected a player. However, it doesn't prevent them from killing or stunning you. I feel like it's an offensive ability to reveal players and avoid them smokebombing you. It also cancels teleport, I think. Never tested it, though.

correct, instead you'll kill the npc which suspends (not resets) your contract for several seconds while being unable to kill or stun.

Mass Morph sounds awesome, it can be helpfull but at the same time it can be used against by noticing if more of you are there and none on the outside you cant really go outside kinda deal, first AC CANT WAIT!

Mass morph seems effective in wanted because do to the larger map would confuse your pursuer. But that also depends on there skill level.

Does the counter for the mass-morph also increase when you stun someone? If it does I feel like it could do really well for any of the free for all modes and even with manhunt. As for everything else, I think you could probably replace it with another perk. Maybe it could work in artifact assault l, assuming that's still included in ACIII. Do you know?

I think mass morph would be great if you strategically get a stun and kill in a crowded area. First area that came to mind would be souk the entire center area. It would really be effective there.

lol that makes it the most fun tbh. It's more advanced and harder, I used to hate it but now I've grown accustomed to it. But don't worry, if you don't already know - Wanted (With the rader) is still available to play.

You need the Uplay Passport to but items on multiplayer (Abilities, customization, etc etc). You can still buy items under lvl 10, but when you go above lvl 10, you can't buy stuff.

hey! can you actually change the character you're playing with in-game? as in, perhaps while you're in the middle of a chase/mission or whatever? i'm talking about the multiplayer bit. someone told me you could, but i figured i'd ask on here. (sorry if this sounds stupid, but i've really no idea)

OK 2 points here. #1 - smoke is powerful in AC3, but nowhere near as overpowered as it was in ACR ever since they nerfed its height and cooldown, plus added some counter abilities (shield/wipe). If you choose to not use smoke, do it because there are plenty of other viable ability sets now (especially since you can stun after a lure)... not because of some outdated and misguided sense of principle. #2 - His name isn't Connor Kenway, it's just Connor.

mass morph is definietly interesting ability, at least. May I have a few questions? The throwing knifes, do they have different effect? Cause you was always able to perform stun after using thoose knifes. And my second question is about stuns. Can I change the button for stun? Cause I dont wanna have the same button for kills and stuns. I was kind of recognizing my pursuers by noticing the buttons above their heads. You know if it was red B I would stun them.

Mass morph would be affective on small tite maps so when duplicate npcs move round corners players may go for them

For me it is refreshing to play an online multiplayer game where you actually have to hunt and find another online player through instincts and skill. Its not a bunch of players running around a map looking to shoot the first person they see, which is different and suspenseful

There is only one copy of his target in Deathmatch. His target's persona is displayed on the top right corner of his scree, under it you can see how stealthy he is (reckless, discreet, silent and incognito) or how many people have to kill this player a blue diamond or something under his picture. This is not the profile picture, but the picture of the character he is using in this match. I hope I helped you a little bit :D

I say, start out playing simple deathmatch so you wouldn't have to deal with abilities cause you won't have alot from the start. When you are going to kill someone, try to not be suspicious, get them while you are in a blend group. What system do you play on?

I'm kinda dissapointed to see some stuff they did not fix. There's one video showing that smoke's height is still ridiculously high. The contract and spawn systems are still broken. That kind of stuff should have been high priority for them to fix.

I'm new to the multiplayer. So I may be wrong. At first you just get the profile picture of your target. Theres a noise meter on your targets picture. I think, if the target runs alot or gets a kill streak out in the open, then the directional arrow towards your target pops up on the lower part of the screen. In three games it only came up twice. Once when my target was the match leader(owning everyone) and not acting low profile. The other time was a new player that ran too much.

If you try to approach your pursuer and they already know it's you they have the priority so you won't be able to get the stun. Try using smoke bomb to render them defenseless than try stunning or surprise them with disguise or while hidden, should probably get the stun then :D Hope this helps - A fellow AC player

I think the Mass Morph is very... situational. I think it'd be best suited to Deathmatch, seeing as how there's only one of you. As far as team modes go, I'd say it'd be a bit iffy. Why have Mass Morph when a buddy or two could bring in a normal Morph? Still... it's a very neat little Kill Streak and with only 4 for the Silent, it's something I would use for sure. what do you press to run and climb because when im in multiplayer on the pc i press the left mouse button and it does the precise aiming? Also what is the control called in the options cause mine doesnt have any run control or climb just legs.

Yes. And also i like the characters and weapons better. They were more unique ... Now it's just, all characters have swords, hooks and rifles ... in brotherhood for an example the Harlequin had two small knives, the Ottoman Doctor had a syringe etc. etc.

In 8:52 you can see that you use overall cooldowns as one of your two perks, the other one is kill buffer. Anyway.. in 9:36 your Smoke Bomb has 9 seconds cooldown, which means that Smoke Bomb's normal cooldown is 100 seconds and not 90 like the most abilities! :D

You actually can change the model of your character in game with a perk or something. but for a limited time and the character is random.

Can someone answer a question I have, the last AC game I played was Brotherhood, and in the multiplayer, it was cool because everyone had their own little unique assassinations, ex: the doctor injecting some guy with a syringe or the executioner killing someone with his cleaver, but from this it seems like everybody just has the same snap neck or subtle little kill animations, and im sort of disappointed..is there any unique things like that still?

The mass morph streak isn't my favorite, The animus hack is more useful the only downfall is that you have to get 6 kills in a row and stuns without dying, or 8 if you're doing Silent Hack. The smoke bombs are great though especially for countering other people who use smoke bombs by throwing them at them. Great commentary.

I prefer AC3 mostly for its play style and different multiplayer. Far cry 3 has a great singleplayer story but I think the mp could be better but I guess it's up to wether you want the farcry 3 singleplayer or ac3's unique multiplayer and a pretty darn good singleplayer as well.

You either buy for maybe 10 bucks on the virtual store of the console but it comes for free inside the box ONLY ONE CODE, insert that code when it requests in the multiplayer and you should get able to play, so if you buy it or borrow the game you may have to buy a passport.

You don't have to pay for a Uplay pass unless you lost yours(somehow) since every AC3 game comes with a Uplay pass. Also if you have Xbox you have to pay for online.

In deathmatch I had a seriously long chase going on, I couldnt shake him for a minute at the least, but my Target showed ontop of a roof and got him, Mass morph went off and I jumped down into the Building, Lost him almost instantly. :) He started killing ALL the mobs next to me, then his Pursuer got him.
