El Impoluto is by far the one that terrified me the most when I accidentally found her with a low level Jackdaw. I knew the fight was gonna be tough, “a Man’O’War? ah great…” But then her sails drop and starts to sail right towards you, far faster than a ship even half her size.

That's actually the sound of the ship's armor since it has such heavy armor that you can hear it clanking at the beginning of the fight. La Dama Negra is my favorite legendary ship though because it has the most badass intro out of the other ships, like right at the start it fires off like several mortars just to show you that it's not messing around.

I remember AC IV for the first time. Just bought an Xbox One with AC IV and AC Unity bundled together. I also remember I had no idea what all icons meant so I just set course to it. I arrived and then a video played with the ship being introduced and in my head I was like that meme. "And at that moment, he knew he fucked up!" No upgrades, no extra items, no armour. Nothing. D=

Beat HMS Prince on my third attempt. These ships really test when you know to be aggressive or defensive, and being defensive against HMS Prince is one way to stay in its broadside and get hit by frequent bursts of heavy shot.

Fun fact: at the fight of Brothers-in-Arms, if you ram whichever ship is enraged, they won't blow up and sink with you, and this way you can abuse this to defeat an enraged ship. Worth using.

I remember when I first played this game on the xbox 360 and first encountered the El Impoluto, tried to take it on at a weak level and got destroyed, came back after awhile at max level and still couldn't beat. It wasn't until I had learned the one glitch that I saw a video on and Attempted to do it. After 5 or so failed attempts at boarding it, I was able to get on it, and managed to kill the crew, disabling it and destroy it, the only 2 legendary ships I had destroyed normally with max upgrades and no cheats was HMS Prince and La dama Negra, though I did want to try glitching my way on the HMS Prince at least once like I did with El Impoluto. "Never again will I be bullied by a legendary ship in this game again" was what I said, but I might have to again after I get BF on my Xbox Series X

Its El Impoluto, just because the ships ram one shots you with no health upgrades, meaning if you were to have max health upgrade, its ram would do almost half or can only take away one bar.

Once I got my shit maxed (without most of the plans) the bottom two ships were easy AF. Did the armored one first try (got to close on my first attempt and had low health, still did surprisingly well). But the one that won’t piss off and stays to close I just can’t beat, I don’t understand what your doing works and why what I do doesnt

That ship is fast & is trying to ram your ship and if it does, it's a lot of damage. Turn around from it and drop explosive barrels in front of it every-time you can, keep your distance, and hammer it with mortars. Explosive cannon shots at close range if it's near you, but the trick really is to be far from it. Note: I don't quite understand what you're saying about ''having your shit maxed without most of the plans. To have a maxed-out ship, you need the plans from shipwrecks' diving. At least, you need max armour, max mortars and max explosive barrels. The only one that is easy without being maxed is the HMS Prince. The others are either deadly or heavily armoured.

You are right but what it really requires, SKILL, as they're name implies, you can't just max the Jackdaw and hope to make it alive, you need Strategies.
