OMG THIS BRINGS BACK SOO MUCH NOSTALGA, i remember playing assassins creed 4 and rogue( the best ac games in my opinion) on my xbox 360 and spending 3 hours trying to finish all legendary battle ships. Thank you for uploading this, it brings back soo many memories. The hardest one was the cauldrin. It was soo annoying to fight 2 battleships at the same time

Cauldrin is the easiest one out of these battles. Storm Fortress is the hardest battle in the entire AC series.

So far, my only legendary ship battle has been against the Cauldron and Pilgrim, and it took me three tries to take them out. Mind you, the Morrigan had most of her weapons and her armour at the second to last level, and so I wasn’t fully upgraded. I got sunk in my first and second attempts, and in my third I managed to sink the Cauldron first because she likes to ram when her sister ship gets sunk, yet I nearly lost the third encounter because we both were at the one bar line, ended up slugging each other with point blank broadsides using explosive shot, and thankfully I came out on top. I’m not looking forward to the next six legendary ship battles.

Cool stuff, thank you for your comment :) The legendary ships aren't that hard nowadays with all the cheese strategies around, the only difficult ones are the Cauldron, Pilgrim and the Storm Fortress battle. The Storm Fortress battle is amazing.

@@RelentlessKnight I was unaware that there were any cheese strategies. I just pulled up to the battle on a whim, thinking it wasn’t going to be that difficult. I was wrong, and it took three tries and the Morrigan nearly sinking at the end to actually win the damn battle. Frankly I’m appalled at the amount of money you get for winning the damn fight, it should give you way more than £20,000. Probably not going to have fun with the other battles, but as long as I’m not going up against two max level Man'O'Wars, I should get out much easier than I did with Cauldron and Pilgrim.

@@Therealarkhambatman Disagree - in BF the El Impoluto was a nightmare to fight. Couldn't defeat her with any normal approach and had to look up how to defeat her. Even then it took me several tries and I needed to adjust even the tactics from the guide as they didn't work for me. I defeated the twins in 3-4 attempts and they were actually quite easy after figuring them out. As long as both of them were around they always mirrored their movement making it very predictable. I damaged them both into the red and then quickly finished off the second ship after the first before the second could go into the extreme ramming maneuvers. The only legendary ship I gave up upon was the sea fortress which in my opinion is just a terrible completely overtuned fight.

Pirates of The Lost Age gave me a bit of difficulty despite having a fully upgraded Morrigan. Because when you take out one of the ships, the other begins to charge and ram you. Burning oil barely does so much since they move at an alarming speed.

Cauldron and Pilgrim have burning oil, and Cauldron also uses mortars. Gives them a bit of an edge.

HMS Fearless and The Royal Sovereign. Their broadsides were just as lethal as The Storm Fortress, but were HARDER to avoid because they move almost as fast as El Impoluto. Cauldron and Pilgrim do use some new tricks, and they do have friends, but their broadsides seem less destructive in comparison. To me this makes their battle less difficult. TLDR The Brothers In Arms are tougher than The Pirates of A Lost Age bc broadside damage > tricks.
