this has nothing to do with polishing the game... Ubisoft are kicking the can down the road they know the game is going to bomb ...its a case of not fucking up there Q4 earnings even more ...boardroom decision

This is a dumpster fire and they know it. The reason why they are delaying it is because they want people to forget the stupidity of this game and this company.

2025 is not going to help ubisoft Delaying a game to next year to bad sales. They should Polish it to be release this year on december.

AC Shadows might be the worst one so far. Nothing that Ubisoft does will fix AC Shadow

"A Delayed Game Is Eventually Good, a Bad Game Is Bad Forever." -Shigeru Miyamoto Well, it's looking like Ubisoft is out to disprove Miyamoto. The quote held true for Star Wars Outlaws, but the delay on Shadows would have to be much longer than until February to turn that game's development around. I just finished listening to Valliant Renegade on the Side Scollers podcast, providing a breakdown of how the Shadow's announcement is more of a financial decision based on SEC requirements and timings around quarterly earnings calls rather than in response to player sentiment and feedback. UBI stock has been decimated from a 5 year high, and is somehow still operating. Keep in mind that Tango Gameworks was acquired by Microsoft, saw reasonable success with Hi-Fi Rush, and was then summarily shut down. UBI can't keep getting away with this; you can only fail upward for so long.

Thanks for bringing up the podcast, I went and listened to it during my work day and it was really enlightening. I love Kirsche, she does a lot of great working in researching a lot of the garbage going into these companies.
