I have only one flag to collect and i just can't find it... I've looked all over the map for it and it's just gone... I don't know what i am missing...

Collateral Damage might be too late but did you check at that one big building with a little tower on top directly in the middle of the map, there is a hole in the roof you go to and the flag is there.
