The Middle Ages both locations: Medieval Quarry and Batterfield

You can find only 1 of the artifacts per play through. The artifact you will find will either be a visible gold shield, or if already collected, a transparent shield. They spawn completely random, so you can never guess which of them spawn next. Sometimes you need to be lucky to find the right one. If you can't find any new on your play through, just run to the exit and play the location again.
Some of the artifacts need to be unlocked by completing the Nomand Missions on the mobile cell phone app and some are unlocked by leveling up your initiates account (in game), to get the possibility to collect them.
Tip: 1.The last Missions will take 36 and 48 hours. You need to see that your Assassins are strong enough to do them. The best is level 22+. My strongest assassin was level 27 ( normal not premium!).One mission with 3 strong assassins and just only 1 level 20 assassin, has only 85-87% possibility to success.
2. An unlocked Artifact on Nomad mission app unlocks 3 artifacts in your game on Helix Rifts. On each Location 1 artifact ( 1 in Occupied Paris, 1 in The middle Ages and 1 in La Belle Époque )
Update - Previously, players were required to download and play Unity's mobile/tablet app to unlock the Nomand Missions in the main game's map.
The content that was tied to the app was made available with a patch in Assassin's Creed Unity.

Du kannst nur 1 einzigen von den Artifakten in einem Missionsdurchgang finden. Diese Artifakte wirst du finden entweder als goldenen Wappen, oder falls bereits eingesammelt, als transparentes Schild. Die erscheinen sehr zuffalsbedingt, dass du nicht wirklich genau erraten kannst, welcher und wo als nächstes zu sehen sein wird. So manchmal braucht man etwas Glück, um den richtigen zu erwischen. Falls du keinen, von denen die du noch brauchts, finden kannst, einfach bis zum Ende durchlaufen und die Mission wiederholen.
Manche von den Arifakten werden erst möglich mit dem Durchspielen von den Nomand Missions ( App) und manche durch das initiates konto, um die Möglichkeit zu bekommen die einzusammeln.
Tip: 1. Die letzten Missionen dauern um die 36 oder 48 Stunden. Du solltest schauen, dass deine Assassins dafür stark genug sind. Am besten wäre level 22 oder mehr. Mein starkest Assassin war level 27 ( normal nicht premium!)
Eine Mission mit 3 starken Assassins und nur 1nem einzigem level 20 Assassin, hat nur 85-87% Wahrscheinlichkeit auf Success.
2. Ein freigeschaltetes Artefakt auf der App schaltet 3 Artefakte in den Helix Rissen in deinem Spiel frei. In jedem Ort 1 ( 1 in Occupied Paris, 1 in The Middle Ages und 1 in La Belle Époque )

Es geht um die Missions die mit der dazugehörigen App auf dem Handy notwendig waren, um manche Artefakte freischalten zu können. Es ist schon paar Jahre her, weiss nicht ob daran etwas geändert wurde und ob das noch notwendig ist.

How did you get helix rift missions

You had to unlock them over a cell phone app what was working with the game together. It's already a few years ago and I don't think you still need the App. I remember hearing something that this isn't needed anymore and that they unlock automatically.
