Yes since part one, they build it up around those Artifacts to control the humanity. And the Artifacts were made by the isu (called from the humanity gods). They've never lost the plot :).

@@pReviewd Well, their actually the Saxon King's (Alfred in the Game and perhaps bearded lacky Ethelred 'the Unready') Elite Bodyguard(s) that have actually done service in the Byzantium Varangian Guard (which is made up of Rus Vikings or whoever can pay the entrance fees). If you don't believe me there is proof at the battle of Hastings 1066 Harold Godwinson had a contingent of these accompanying him.

Historically speaking, SPEARS were used pretty frequently by Vikings. Spears and axes were the most commonly used weapon considering they required the less amount of steel than any other weapon. For obvious reasons, mining steel was pretty difficult back then lol

Hi Peaches! Could I be the first one to welcome you back to a plain ole reaction video? I guess someone working on Assassin's Creed saw Witcher 3 and said, "Hey, we haven't done Vikings yet! It worked for them. Let's try it." I got a bit burnt out on AC games too, but my favorite was Black Flag. I love the pirate aspect. Sailing around on the ships and such was a ton of fun.

No i read that at the beginning the main character wont be an assassin but will work together with the assassins which is how he gets a hidden blade; he'll join them later. You will also be able to choose if the main character is male or female.

Odyssey is very, very good. (Highly recommend playing as Kassandra because she's the canon protagonist and also just better imo.) And Jay you don't *have* to be super sneaky sneaky in it since you can focus your skills more on hunting, warrior, or assassination techniques, or spread it out with your ability points. Plus it's Ancient Greece and it's so pretty and epic!

Assassin's Creed is my number one franchise. I have played every game (13 games + 3 chronicles games). They don't really work that way anymore. In fact, that was mainly Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood that worked that way with the Borgia family. They've been a little lost since Desmond Miles died in III. But Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is one of the best games of the franchise. Syndicate was okay. Unity wasn't great. Origins was the biggest game geographically I'd ever played in the series, but apparently, Odyssey was bigger, even though it didn't feel like it. Odyssey had sat on my list for a while because I didn't have time to play it. I literally just finished it when they announced Valhalla. This is their first game back into a timeline where the Assassins actually exist. Origins showed the beginning of the Assassins Brotherhood in Egypt. Odyssey took place even earlier and followed the Pieces of Eden from the First Civilization to their connections to the Greek Gods. I think Valhalla looks good. Also, it is their next console-bridging game. Like Black Flack was released on both PS3 and PS4, Valhalla will be released on PS4 and PS5.

Valhalla could be a big map set in all of northern Europe. Such as Norway, Sweden, England, Iceland. Maybe even Greenland, Denmark, Finland, scotland and Estonia. I think it's going to look like skellige (witcher 3).
