People say that an ac game set in the world wars would not work as they’d be stuck in the trenches and weapons of the time would tear them to shreds and while that second thing is true assassins usually don’t participate in the battle field (unless your Conner kenway) as they usually go into towns or city’s occupied by templars and stay out of sight so basically any setting could work because the assassin rule is hide in plain sight

Yes! They’d go sabotage plans, gather intel, neutralize key figures, etc instead of being a muscle in the war like everybody thinks. It still perfectly fits. Or they compose a narrative like hunt the templar organization of the architect of the assassination of the archduke Franz Ferdinand.

Can we please do this? Origins didn't work for long, Odyssey peaked a little, but they killed their own series with Valhalla, splitting up player numbers between Odyssey and Valhalla, and then people falling off because it's just not as fun. A Syndicate style game set in WW1 or 2 would be MASSIVE after the last 3 AC games.

I love see assassins creed in Ireland. And I know we had a Irish assassin in AC: Rogue. And we’re getting a DLC in the Druid Ireland land. But we have 400 years of history fighting the British soldiers even have history in Africa, America and even half of europe. But a Dublin town map be amazing especially the 1916 rising.

Full on World War 1 game set in multiple cities would be fire! Perhaps German and Austria-Hungary? There's almost endless historical events and people from that time. AC Syndicate WW1 mission proved it does work extremely well. Snipers, gatling guns and trains against sneaky assassins just works.

It's really weird how they designed these levels. You're working with Winston Churchill to defend London against German zeppelin attacks but the game has you kill British soldiers to complete objectives only to later work alongside British soldiers to fight Germans.

Players want another Assassin's creed from the WW1 era. I rather wish to follow the sequel to the first part of Assassin's creed. For me, Damascus was the most atmospheric Assassin's Creed game in the entire series. The atmosphere was enhanced by excellent period ambient music in the background. Another big surprise for me was Assassin's creed Unity, where I spent hundreds of hours. Online co-op was a great variegation..

Because you’d need to constantly find sniper ammo? You’d probably have to travel to very specific parts of the map to find said Ammo too so it’d be a bit hard to constantly play sniper. Older weapons would probably work better on the go for an assassin on the go but you’d probably be able to use any weapon you find. If they do make the game they should allow you to save at least 3 found weapons so that even if you run out of ammo you can still keep the weapon for later and don’t have to go out looking for one, and to balance the game you’d probably have to loot the person for ammo(like in the older games) and loot the guns themselves for ammo. It’s the same reason why you can’t just constantly snipe in rdr2, sniper bullets are hard to find, and annoying to buy.
