I have read the manga and watched the anime. Honestly, the anime is perfectly fine. If I remember correctly, the anime and manga are pretty much identical, and especially the japanese version has really good voice acting (can't say much about the dub, haven't watched it)

I watched it this year and it's a 10/10. The characters, character development, comedy, tears, variety. The concept is wacky, but it feels very realistic inside the anime. This anime and Gurren Lagann are the only anime I'd rewatch again out of every anime. Very enjoyable and thrilling

Random Vidz but i think 7/10 is cruel like yeah I wanted to see more of grown up 3E but overall everything else is amazing the animation, coloring, music, story and the emotions alone man!! I think it doesn’t have much surprising twists but I think that it didn’t need twists to elevate it I would personally give it 9/10 Because it’s one of a handful of animes that got stuck with me years after I watched it and because it never lost it’s fun during the rewatches Plus I cried like a lil hoe which is rare for me

It's part of a book called "Korotan D", and you can find a full translation on the blog of "A Fan who Tries to be Productive". It's a really sweet story (there's a lot more action than you would think), and I really recommend it if you are a fan of AC and want to know more about the events after the ending. Btw, the story is 100% canon.

The show is a wonderful combination of being sometimes completly out there, happy and funny, but than making a 180 into the darkest shit. If you watch into it first, it looks shallow, but than it jumps at you with stuff that pulls you in and shows you the depth of this world.

Personally I really loved the 3rd and the 4th one the best. The 4th one just made me emotional because it counted down the days until their graduation (which was their deadline btw) and that final opening when it announced their graduation killed me. I cried like a baby on those last few episodes I id you not, and I cry every time I watch them.

I heavily heavily recommend you this anime. The last opening really hits hard after watching the last episodes. I'm sure you'll laugh a lot watching this show but it also has it's comedy scenes and the ending made possibly everyone who watched the show tear up. Especially the last scene in the last op when the main character (blue hair) looks back to see the teacher (alien) who was waving at him disappear.

This is one of the greatest anime of all time. Easily one of the funniest I have ever seen, fantastic characters, it knows when to be serious and it just fills you with joy and warmth. And then that final episode is relentless with the feels. Easily one of my all time favourites and an anime I will always recommend to any and all new anime fans. Also all 4 of it's openings are absolute bangers.

assassination classroom is a show that i went into with pretty baseline expectations, and was absolutely blown away, especially in the second season. i did not expect it to be as great as it is. it can seamlessly go from fun and wild to serious and sad. the cast is amazing - there are main characters among the class but literally every classmate gets some level of focus at some point in the show. it also has some great commentary on the flaws of the education system, and if you've ever had a great teacher who inspired who and helped you feel seen in a system that just views you as a cog in a machine then you will love the sensei and his relationship with the students. highly recommended show

Assassination Classroom is in my top 5 favorite anime and the openings are a HUGE part of why its up there. The way the tone of the song changes to reflect how the students feel about their situation and the way it makes us, as an audience, forget what this show is truly about until the last part. If you read the lyrics to the songs, it'll probably make you understand them more. I love it.

This show handles having a large cast of characters really well. All of the characters feel like actual, well, Characters instead of seat filling and background decoration. This show somehow manages to find the time to flesh out the personalities of an entire classroom of characters (plus extras) without falling back on stereotypical tropes.

I think the thing that makes this anime so good, beyond just quality, is how it's a finished story. It's closed, and not just because it ends- because it genuinely made me feel like I knew everything there is to know about the story. It's a very satisfying buildup and conclusion. I didn't have even one moment where I went "noo, it would've been so much more fun if they did it this way!" because it left nothing unsaid, and outside of everything writing-style related it was just plain fun! It was fun to watch the whole way through. I never got bored or exasperated with any of the characters. I'm realizing now that I could ramble on about this forever so I'll just stop here

I haven't read the manga but I love the anime and recently rewatched it for the third time xD The openings are so catchy and I attempt to sing a long to them every time! I love the animation to the 4th one though with the transitions to every character (the kids before Korosensei and during his time as a teacher, Korosensei and his apprentice, the Asanos). I love how all the openings are sung by the voice actors for the 'main' students and the emotion in them about their teacher and their situation is amazing. Assassination Classroom is one of my favourite animes because it can be funny and goofy and laid back but at the same time there's the action plots and discrimination and how this deadly teacher is genuinely helping these kids become the best people possible. It is also the show that had me completely in tears and feeling every emotion along with these kids in the final season. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

During the time period it was airing, it was definitely one of the most underrated shows in that era but you must definitely watch it when you have time of course. The shift in tone of the openings does signify a change in the tone of the anime..can't reveal too much..but even though the last opening song is a banger of a song, it's one of those songs that has two or more contexts attached to it (even the third one). Overall, pretty satisfying to watch.

This was the first anime i watch as an groun upp, and i must say it was one of the best. This anime is the reason why I deccided to become a teacher and I am in the second year of collage. I belive that Koro-Sensei is the teacher everyone needs to have, the way he talks and cares about his students and how he does everything so they can learn from their mistakes, and also he knows that every student its diferent so he diferently but at the same time he does the best for all. My favorite opening is without a dout the first one. I have one my phone and sometimes it plays while I am driving and it's awosome!!

I really like the show. It has a strong opening and a really strong ending. There are some episodes in the middle which I liked but which weren’t fantastic. It’s definitely worth checking out. Also, yes, the premise of the show is that the yellow octopus thing is an alien who blew up the moon and threatened to do the same to the earth unless his students managed to kill him before the year is out. But he’s a surprisingly good teacher who genuinely cares about his students. Great watch.

Assassination classroom is one of those rare shonen that did not botch its ending in any way. it didn't feel rushed or incomplete, or unfulfilling. I think the only big issue I had were the 4 chapters before the end which were entirely fillertastic. One of the few times I am glad they didn't animate that for the anime.
