I think RM is one of the most brilliant, brave and truthful artists ever! I feel like he takes me on a musical journey while opening my eyes and ears to the most wonderful experiences. You should not only check out his other solo projects: Indigo and Mono.(mono is an amazing mixtape!), but also his collaborations, they are just as amazing. Also, if you are curious and interested, you can try to look up the other projects BTS members have it out for now. Jin(BTS oldest member) is coming back from the military in two weeks and we are suspecting his first solo album will also come out soon. Latest releases like Hope on the Street are already out as a soundtrack for Jhope's docummentary about dance. All the 7 boys have amazing projects. Korea had a turning point in its economic history, and this was through a lot of work and discipline. So far this is important, but the downside is burdening young people with an obsession with merit and performance. Hard work is a philosophy of life. So much so that in BTS, with its intense life of rehearsals, shows, travels, etc., everyone went to University and graduated. There is a parallel to ON music (in addition to on and no being the same word read backwards) . "NO" vs "ON": - in 'NO' they are very young and they fight against society and concepts that oppress them. - in 'ON', they are adults and the fight is within themselves, against their own dilemmas. BTS is always deep in their lyrics and contexts.

I highly recommend the song Snooze ft. Ryuichi Sakamoto & WOOSUNG. It's off his latest album. Ryuichi Sakamoto was one of the people he looked up to and unfortunately, he passed away this year.

One of my absolute favorite early BTS song is "Tomorrow", it's so beautiful, especially live! But also "Spine Breaker", I can listen to it for hours.

The eyeliner is a bit of a joke amongst the boys. Asking which BTS song old or otherwise is your favourite is like asking to name your favourite child, impossible. South Korea has a very high suicide rate with Japan not far behind caused by the tremendous pressure they're under. It's a sad record to hold. Their population is dropping because young people can't afford to get married and have a family. So this was a commentary on that. I'll choose War of Hormone as a fave if I must with Baepsae coming a very close second.

The Korean school system is brutal. Kids take classes 8-10 hours, and then study 4-6 hours more. There's no mental health services for young people, and Korea has the highest suicide rate. BTS came very rebellious when they started.

This song reminds me of my Only loving brother and my sweet friends whom I lost during the Pandemic. Disaster diseases took them so young. Every word resonates with me deep inside. Every time I hear "Spring Day" brings me back to my brother`s and friend`s final minutes on this Earth. I missed them so much!😭

People grow and change, and it effects every part of our lives.... same goes for BTS. If u really think about it, their songs have a space and time in our lives when we need it. Butter, Dynamite, PTD when u happy and feeling good. Danger, No More Dreams Bapsae, Bulletproof Pt 2, when u ready to take on the world. Truth Untold, House of Cards, One Day, Let Go when u feel a little down/lonely. They have a song for every mood and time in ure life 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 No other group can do that for u. honestly, I'm an ARMY since day 1 this No More Dreams MV released. I was struggling with my medical school and wanted to quit and I ended up watching BTS debut MV a few minutes after they released it. And it hit hard. So now I'm an ARMY for 11 years and also a doctor. And BTS accompanies me since day 1 till now. I feel blessful for it.
