YES! Your last words hit me hard. The CV19 pandemic took > 1M lives just here in the states. Even Donatella Versace converted the company factories to produce PPE (personal protection equipment). Remember the pics of the empty streets in the world's biggest cities: New York, Paris, London. The infamous Lockdown. New York City transit bus drivers were livestreaming here on KZbin about all the coughing people going to the nearest hospitals. The big port cities in South America were devastated. Many, many people never made it to the hospital. I remember then President Trump saying it would go away...he got sick too. I always enjoy your channel, you're thought provoking. The Romanov series are excellent, well done 👏 ✔️. The best selling novel " Nicholas and Alexandra" added me to their history.

Thank you so much. Always happy to have you! It's interesting because COVID is relatively safe compared to TB, cholera etc....what happens if TB hits the cities?

Could it be that deep down the Romanov family, the Tsar, Tsaritsa and their children saw and also felt a sort of Christ figure in Rasputin ? And so therefore were wary or even rejecting of any negativity that others had of Rasputin ? The documentary made in 1996 called In The Shadow Of Rasputin seems to say a lot about this, at least from my view.

The argument has been made that Rasputin, like many Siberian peasants, knew how to make blood vessels constrict due to massage and working with livestock. This constriction would have helped a hemophiliac like Alexei immensely

@@RadioWhoPoo You're saying blood exercise ? In other words, exercising your blood or something ? Sounds genuine to me. I doubt the Tsaritsa would have sent Anya Vyrobova all the way to Sibera to check out Rasputin for no reason.

Dear friend, you must have the Romanovs a lot on your mind as do I. Let me know what you think of this: the residents of Siberia in July 1918 likely have some information about the tragedy that no one has, not even any government. I have been trying to visit Russia since last year but many things are constantly getting in the way.

Yes the monasteries of Tobolsk helped hide the royal jewels after Empress Alexandra visited them. But attaining records directly from the Russian government is very difficult for foreigners

@@RadioWhoPoo I live in Canada and I'm constantly getting warnings about Russia /Ukraine. It's unfair, to be honest with you I just want to live a normal life but I'm getting slammed all the time.

Think about it this way, if something significant happened in your neighborhood, do you really think anyone aside from you or your neighbors would really know in great detail and care to share when the moment is right ?
