mausalus09 Not exactly according to a book that I read, even during Cleopatra's Reign it's actually said that even some of the Egyptians still Revere these cats but somehow I think Ubisoft kinda didn't think of that. And by some of these egyptians, this included Cleopatra's daughter Cleopatra Selene-even though she isn't a full believer of the mythology(since her father is Marcus Antonius a Roman)- wherein she would say "excuse me daughter of Basthet(is it spelled right?)" whenever she kinda scared one of their pet cats or something.

They go out fighting to save and protect Egypt and when they come back and see each other again and kiss and have sex and hold hands and just can't keep away from one another, they're so affectionate and mature and I just love their chemistry

I preordered the gold edition back in June and i am very excited to finally get to play this game. So many reasons to pick this one up. •You can pull arrows out of your shield to use for yourself. •You can put dead bodies laden with poison on the backs of horses and camels and send them into enemy encampments to poison crowds of enemies. •There is now a loot system based on the rarity and attributes of equipment. •Items can be broken down into crafting materials. •Scoping out enemy encampments is now easier than ever with Senu. •You can seemlessly explore underwater now for new gear or just for the fun of exploring. •Viewpoints are no longer an actual necessity. •Even side quests tell their own stories similar to the way The Witcher 3 handled them. •Everyone in the game practically lives their own lives which opens up numerous options for assassinations. •The hood can be taken off and put back on. •You can pass time with the press of a button. •You can climb anything now so pesky mountains won't get in the way. •We get to see the beginnings of the brotherhood as we know it. •Stealth is still incorporating the awesome crouch and behind cover features from Unity and Syndicate but also adding a free aim bow for the first time. •Combat has taken from the much loved styles of the Souls series and The Witcher 3. •We see the return of tomb raiding and it will be very beneficial for money and equipment. •The formula has been changed dramatically from the previous entries in the series and has moved towards the more popular RPG style of game yet it still keeps important staples of the series.

Lrein I don't think you can actually take cover like in Uncharted but you can definitely crouch and hide behind cover. I hope you can pop out and shoot your bow from cover like in Tomb Raider but i feel like they would've shown that by now.

@@montana5763 That comment was from two years ago. Aya was not a medjay. Bayek was the last medjay. Aya trained with him when they were growing up but she not medjay. Women were not medjay. Read the book that came out before origins. Bayeks father was a medjay who passed down the title to him. She helped bayek tracked down his father's killer who was unknown to bayek at the time, was in the order of ancients. They married afterword. Aya isn't the one who has a badge of haurus or the person who get a new one from Cleopatra is she? It is never stated any where in the game or book that aya is medjay. She maybe a protector which is similar but not a medjay. Medjay are specifically a line of warriors who protected the Pharos and were like police especially in bayeks time because most medjay died out except bayek. She only started hunting members the order after her son died. Honestly bayek is not a medjay anymore. They are both hidden ones which are assassin Not medjay. The word assassin just didn't exist yet or atleast not in the Egyptian language. Either way you are mistaken.

Probably one of if not the best Assassin's Creed I have ever played and I have played them all. I really enjoy the open world and being able to explore, well, everything. The controls are seamless and don't seem to be thrown together. All in all I would give this game a 9.7/10

People complaining about Ubisoft being shit and putting no effort into their games. I'm a game design student and the stuff Ubisoft pull off in their games is great. Rainbow 6, one of the most played games around with constant support, The Division isnt great but has constant support, Wildlands is fun if you like the very particular theme but the world is one of the biggest in games, AC series redefined open world games when the first one came out, Origins, yeah, it has stuff from other games but every game company does it and if it makes a good game then it's not a bad thing. Splinter cell is still highly acknowledged as a great stealth shooter. For Honor isn't for everyone but the combat system is highly ambitious and the first game to have a fighting mechanic like that, just a shame it doesn't appeal to everyone. Far cry games are fun action games, not very innovative but Far cry 3 is regarding as a great game by thousands. So if all this makes Ubisoft "shit" then let them continue being "shit".

How can u say ubisoft is shit yes far cry fell off. Far cry 3 was the best but repeative. Ac is one of the best series ever made. Of course they ran it into the ground. Everyone was still buying till the unity debacle. And ac 2 is one of the best games ever a classic. As for brother hood that was above average. Revelations was ok i liked 3 and black flags was awesome. Rogue was just some extra to black flags. But it got very repetitive like far cry go to tower climb it. Go to place to kill crew open repeat. For Honor was the worst game i ever paid 60 dollars for. They got me with the hype but i finally learned after that. As for tom clancy rainbow siege 6 is great the others are decent u know what your getting. And i liked syndicate it was fun and the jack the ripper dlc was pretty good. And even if u dont like ac or Ubisoft your just talking if you dont think this is going to be a huge upgrade and hopefully bring the series back. And i hope the took some pointers from the witcher3 . thats the best game ever made. Why get on here just to say ohh it sucks Ubisoft sucks.
