Someone once asked me if I was into mechs, and my response was “no, not really” But after thinking about it for a while, I am absolutely obsessed with them! I think I immediately put “mechs” into the anime category without taking into account video games, and after the realization that I essentially started my steam account because of mech games, is what hit me like a ton of bricks to the face. Plus I think it’s the one thing I’m always checking to see if any new action mech games have been announced (I don’t do turn based anything anymore) There’s this one game called Armored cavalry operation valkyrie (spelled as varkiri on steam, so hardly anyone knows about it) and although it’s damn near impossible, it’s a lot of fun!

wow you completed this game? impressive because i can barely get far into it due to the difficulty. it does have a cool style but iv played other games that are similar and i liked better myself. that is true that a lot of mech games are 3D like armored core and many others

It's tricky but once you get the weapon rotation and jetpack movements down, things get easier. Speaking of easy, I def played this game on easy lol. That's interesting though, if people are having a hard time with Assault Suit Leynos, I wouldn't mind streaming / making a beginner's guide video out of it.
