Just returned home to Nashville from another fantastic visit to your lovely little town. My son caught his first pompano out off Johnson’s beach on a frisky fins rig. It was a hoss. We all watch your channel and have learned a lot from you. My son myself and my brother in law all appreciate your knowledge and enthusiasm. We vacation together there every year and we hope to run into you on one of these trips and say hello. Maybe we will even get it together and book a guided trip so we can fish with you. I've had one runin' with a beach owning karen out of hundreds of polite beach goers. She went & complained to a ranger of the park I was in. When he showed up to discuss the situation it was a short conversation. Just found your channel & it's a good one. I fish the surf in the Tampa area. Rumor has it that there are folks pushing to outlaw fishing in general, they can pound sand, pun intended.

You should call your fish and game agency and report her for harassment which is a crime!!! The officers can also follow up with her policeman husbands supervisor if he and she continue this behavior!!!✌

I’ve had similar couple years back, was fishing at Public Access # 3 away from condo and water edge lady came running to me saying I couldn’t fish there, she was very rude and nasty it was early in the morning. I told her to call the cops or game wardens. I kept fishing, then she started harassing a vacationers family trying to chase them out. She was a nut. Glad you stood up to her. People that own condos think they can own the beach too. I did research on it, I was within the rights and even talked to my Friends who are a cop and game warden. They said there’s nothing she could do as long you follow the rules.I don’t Fish at that location anymore, didn’t want any problems even if I’m doing the right things. Keep up the great work, hopefully your son recovers from ear aches. Have a great evening.

I don't get it I have been to the beach all my life and now I'm fortunate enough to live near dauphin island Alabama when I have rented a condo and saw someone on the beach the worst I would do is go see if they were catching anything and if it was a local I just asked about the fishing and the area because I fish myself and got advice on how to catch fish and get tips I never cared if they were staying at the condo but I'm not a miserable person I have met some cool people on the beach who were willing to teach me something I didn't know but some people are just crazy

I’m from Long Island Most of the shore line is private mostly because there are no access points especially no places to park your vehicle even if you wanted to walk. The state parks do t allow surf fishing except in a couple spots where they allow camping So don’t say people can’t claim the beach because they do it all the time along the east cost

well you should have called the fishing game that come down and file a complaint you being harassed because I don't like when people come up to Hunters and fisherman and constantly pressure remove people from an area that are legally allowed to be in it's just being harassed. By the way that's a nice looking flounder. I've always had good luck of flounder using soft baits small soft Bates on the bottom just digging them fast off the bottom. And the best way to cook flounder hot olive oil really hot almost smoking but a minute and a half a side

I'm a property appraiser and real estate agent, she or her condo association have no property rights in your location and no police power to trespass anyone near their property so long as they're below the mean high water line. That's the law in Florida anyway assuming it's the same for Alabama. For a private home I wouldn't fish behind the home but on the beach there can't be an expectation of privacy. The Alabama season is open with limits of 3 fish over 12 inches and Florida limits are 6 fish over 11 inches. She and her family are obviously of the socialist variety that seeks power over everything and everyone and are best treated as non-existent 😀.
