However if they are relying on information and a statement from the victim and do not otherwise have enough information to press charges then of course they cannot do anything.

I lived in Bristol for many years in the 90's. It was a dangerous place but if you kept your wits about you you would be OK. From what I have seen of the place over the last few years I would not want to live there now. I was behind what these protests were about when they first started but after watching their behavior and the way they have treated NNY and Marti and the way you all have been treated in Bristol, I am definitely not behind them now. It would not be so bad if they would change the bloody record.
