Sounds like they need to be tightened just a bit. It should feel "solid" when using it.

Thanks for this video. My M5 just arrived today but I will put it together this weekend. Did your M5 come with the Bowlfex mat?

Yes, it was part of the deal when I bought it. It is a very high quality mat, I think they want $99 for it separate (not sure it is worth quite that much, but it is nice to have). It has super nice feet on it that will not scratch flooring, but you WILL sweat on this thing even if you think you're in shape. Some type of mat under it is an absolute must (you can improve something if you need to ). I am an ultra-marathon runner and triathlete. This thing is a great addition to my other workouts (I rotate it in to my regimen about twice a week or more). Unlike the other workouts I do, I can use the M5 and watch TV or a video if I want. The build quality is second to none. I did a ton of research before buying it and I could not be happier. Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a great comment. Hope the video helps you get yours together quickly and smoothly!

Thanks again. Sweat is my main concern so I think I will get another one for sweat. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated!

So what project did you later use the wooden board for?
@HNXMedia4 жыл бұрын
LOL. Nice catch - keeping me honest. I have searched through a bunch of my DIY videos and I cannot find where I used it. Which makes me think that I used it for a "table top" or other simple project that I have since sold (I keep/use a lot, but I also sell a lot of the things I build on my channel). If I stumble across it (or remember), I will update this post. It was a really nice pice of wood (especially for "packing material") so I know that there is NO WAY that I threw it away. I recycle skids, so no wood goes to waste. Thanks for watching! This comment certainly made my day. Peace.

@@HNXMedia Great video and narration sir..just making sure I didn't miss anything before I toss it. You definitely need some vice pliers to hold the lock nuts when screwing in the foot pedals..that little wrench they provide wasnt gettin it done. Thx for the quick reply
