This song, even though as much as it is an important part of the disgustingly beautiful EP, is a masterpiece in its own right as well. I could write an essay on why this piece of music will stand the test of time. Maybe someday I will. Nonetheless, a masterpiece this is, I tell you.

This is probably the most underrated song by the number of views. Never herd something interesting like this in this genre. Im listening to this song from 2017 and still amazed by it

To this day like 5 years after discovering this band, so little even comes close to being as good as these 3 songs on this EP. It's sad these guys don't release a ton of a music, I would kill for an album from these guys.

To be honest, this is one of the best songs I have ever heard in my lifetime. Born Of Osiris and Abigail Williams seem to be a heavy influence on this track.

@gerunkwon259810 жыл бұрын
SaturnineXTS so that means every electronic band in the 80s or early 70s bands are futuristic??
@SaturnineXTS10 жыл бұрын
Ger Unkwon No, it doesn't. But you can't deny that this has a futuristic vibe. If you can't feel it then I don't know. Maybe it's the djenty guitar patterns, djent is a new genre and it's futuristic by definition.
@gerunkwon259810 жыл бұрын
SaturnineXTS i guess you're right. it does sound futuristic. I guess when we hear futuristic music that's intended to be futuristic in movies or movie soundtracks, I guess we can relate it to normal music

I love how if a techy metal band has synth they are compared to Born of Osiris. This band rules do not get me wrong, but no band sounds like "The New Reign" erra BoO or songs like "Faces of Death." Those tunes are rhythmically and melodically unique.

@gerunkwon25989 жыл бұрын
+Kevin Almroth This is not black metal.
@RealityDebunked9 жыл бұрын
+Ger Unkwon I agree, it isn't. it isn't death core, symphonic metal, death metal, metal core, thrash, death thrash, djent, math metal, or any other of the thousand stupid sub genres that everybody tries to classify. It's fucking metal avid they fuse elements of many styles.

the song is telling you. earth orbits the sun due to its gravitational pull, yet it doesn't get engulfed by the sun ....????!!!!!! why's that science ?
@AssembletheChariots9 жыл бұрын
Excuse me but what? You asking why in this sing it is engulfed or why is it not engulfed in real life? If you spin fast enough you start to get further away from the center point but with gravitational pull it keeps you in place. Two forces in different directions

Alright, so I'm basically looking for this EXACT sound, minus the overly djentness (I just dont enjoy it as much as the parts that are filled better.) I'ev been searching for a while, the best way I could describe it is Blackend Deathcore and/or Symphonic Deathcore. Basically I want a faster Dimmmu Borgir that has these kinds of vocals and not just the highs of black metal or the low "groans" that Dimmu does...I've found a few bands that sort of pass the mark for me, but there's only like 5 or 6 of them that I can find. This song, from this band is almost 100% to the sound that I am looking for. Would anyone have any good suggestions....?
