The arm rest fell out on my pibbs 660 grande chair. The two bottom screws on the armrest, I just put the washer and pick washer on and then just wrench them in correct? It is the same style arm rest as well just fyi. And how to loosen the spin tension?

That’s a Belmont 993 right? Wasn’t the base on those electric? That looks like a new base.
