1:27 is that steel wheel welded together or purchased? I am looking for exactly the same thing to make my own dyno for a car. Low budget so can't afford a commercial one. Could you share some info? Thanks!

The wheel is welded together. The ends were plasmacut and then welded on round cylinder and the axle.

i dont know but u can use symple dyno and put sensor imput per aux cord
