I believe they use a lens template with pre drilled holes that is used to mark and drill the final lens by hand. The two lenses are held together with a rubber band.

да, оригинально. Но для того, чтобы так сверлить, шаблоны должны быть с идеальными отверстиями, китайские подделки не стоит даже пробовать так сверлить, получится криво и под разными углами отверстия

мне поначалу приходилось сверлить по отметкам маркера на сверлильном станке NH-3, потом купили станок ESSILOR но тоже приходилось корректировать высоту отверстий, а в основном приходилось работать с Китаем

I ordered mine in June 2016, one of the nose parts broke within a few weeks, it got replaced, a few months later the right temple piece broke, it got replaced, and now the left arm broke, warranty is expired. I take very good care of them, even use a bigger holder at night so the frame is not pressed or stressed in any way. I had much cheaper glasses that lasted way longer than these. I do not know what "titanium" is used on these frames but they are the absolute worst frames I ever had, I have been wearing glasses since I was 7 and I am now 30... Yes, I am very angry and pasting this comment everywhere I can so people will save their money.

Если такую отвратительную сборку увидят заказчики, они сделают вывод как это просто. Задумываться о том, что такие очки разболтаются уже через неделю - они не будут. Мастеру - два!!!! за такую отвратительную работу. Отверстия без зенковки, UV-геля, втулки без отверстий для выхода воздуха. Обрезка длины втулок без защитной пластины. Инструмент - всего один, без мягкого резинового кольца. А господа! - посмотрите в каком, прошу прощения грязном виде находится сам станок? Крышка! - да согласен - ляп завода Essilor - ))) на герметике. Всюду грязь! Бороться с герметизацией можно, надо только голову слегка напрячь. А сканер? - жесть вообще!!! Мысор и грязь на боковых пыльниках-мехах?
