How does the “floor” attach? I can’t seem to figure that out from the instructions I’ve got.

It goes into small tabs ant then the L brackets do in to hold it in place. It is difficult to tell from the picture instructions but if you look closely you’ll see them

@@BigHammerGarage and the L brackets attach to the bottom set of screws inside, and just hold it down? Does the other end of the L bracket attach to anything or does it just rest against the floor to keep it from coming up? Did you use the feet? Or just set the whole thing on the ground.

They just hold it down on the floor. We installed the feet but with it on carpet they are little help
