If you are an American like me and your wondering why the homicide rate here is so high, than just blame the high homicide rate on the following states. -Louisiana -Mississippi -Alabama -Michigan -South Carolina -Missouri -Maryland -Delaware -Tennessee Don't only blame those states because the District Of Columbia (Washington D.C.) has a higher homicide rate than any other state, so therefore that makes the homicide rate even worse.
