We're happy, we love to party, we work hard, and the grown-ups know how to get by even using the littlest amounts of food. But, what people are willing to do just for money is just incredible. (ex. drug smuggling, murder, sex trafficking, human trafficking, etc.) Unfortunately, Mexico is basically a do-whatever-you-want-if-you-got-the-money place. Our police is corrupt as hell (depending on the state, though, for example, in Colima, the Sinaloa cartel had to put an end to an ongoing kidnapping and sexual abuse of preteen girls by some sick freak that provided the victims to the local police force in an agreement of not taking him prisoner) and our president, AMLO, is one stupid fuck. Hate the dumbass. Although, not everything is drugs and guns here. Like I said before, we're happy! We love to watch soccer/football matches, we love to have dinner with our family, we love grilling meat with our family, enjoying our traditions, etc. It’s truly a wonderful place, so, please, don’t think of corruption and danger when you think of Mexico! We'll gladly welcome you into our land with open arms, and offer you a good place to stay at while you enjoy what we have to offer. 💕🇲🇽

sofarluck it’s the paradox about when you have nothing to lose. Africans in general have nothing to lose because of there extreme poverty. Europeans and people from rich countries have much more pression on them, they and especially men are obligated to success in society. If the major part succeeded (success varies a lot depending on the people) a small amount of them don’t, and a lot of them kill themselves because in there mind they already lost so much that continue to live don’t make any sens for them.

Saffana Siddiqui I once read a theory that said that countries with better quality of life, better social services etc... might tend to have higher suicidal rates, because if everything around you is great you may be more enclined to believe that the problem comes from you. It can put a certain pressure on people, because if you’re constantly reminded that you have it easier and better than others, why are you still unhappy? This type of thinking may lead to self-hate and ultimately suicide. It’s just a theory of course, there are many factors that explain suicide rates. Btw if anyone with such thoughts reads this, know that you are not a problem, suicide is never the right answer and there will always be someone out there to help you. Anyone can feel down, no matter the life you live.

@foottoast42355 жыл бұрын
The sad people are more inclined to kill themselves in happy places because they're rare and will think they're the problem. And from my own experience in Sweden due to social media we now have months and sometimes even years of queueing in the mental health care system, it's an absolute mess here. Not to mention the shitty schools that are noisy and the bad grade system that is very vague and doesn't clearly say how to get good grades. If it continues like this I'm sure Sweden will drop to average in the future, only adults are happy here. With Finland I think they have less of a problem with that, but mental health issues aren't as prioritized and due to their country being perfect I think the former thing I wrote has a huge effect.

@jasonbellini79465 жыл бұрын
Don't be fooled by those "happy" indexes, alot of that is to lure tourism and immigration to that particular country. That's why the U.S. portrays itself as such an amazing place with freedom and popcorn and candy and money and so much fun. The reality is lackluster cities, hostile police, oppressive divisive government, healthcare and college education are thought of as "privileges" instead of basic human rights and really the truth is that there are 153 Free Countries in the World, out of 192 total Countries.
@erika23775 жыл бұрын
Jason Bellini yeah. When I came to the US I realized how ridiculous the healthcare system cost is. It just keeps people from going to the doctor because of lack of money or insurance.I don’t think doctors should be payed like they’re millionaires. Even in Mexico we have almost free healthcare for most people who work. Better go back soon haha
@kin2naruto5 жыл бұрын
@@jasonbellini7946 Health Care and College Level Educations are TECHNOLOGIES - not 'rights'. USA is seriously overstocked on BA's and AA's right now - we need a LOT more technicians and repairmen and other "blue-collar" workers. (Why exactly did we stop having "shop class" in high school? Wasn't it a good thing to be able to graduate high school with a trade skill and industry connections?) As for health care... a homeless person today has FAR more access to healthcare then Rockafeller did with all his money in 1901. The USA has more "health care" available for over-the-counter then anywhere else. (In Japan you need a doctor's prescription to get Tylonal or even cold medicine) Should we strive to continue to invent new cures and make the old ones ever more available and affordable? YES!! But don't knock what we already have either.
