Hello Everyone, Welcome back to our channel In this video I have assembled #YamahaFZ engine. I have changed new bore piston in engine and also changed #TimingChain New valve have be replaced in head.

Hi bro, I have FZ v2 and it has white smoke problem and pick up is very less. If I try to accelerate on uphill bike vibrates. But the mileage is decent. If I change my piston cylinder kit along with valves and valve seals will it solve the issue? I went to service center and they said whole engine needs to be replaced and it will cost me around 20k which is clearly trying to loot me. If you share your views that will be great. Also which engine oil is good for fz v2? Thanks!

No need to replace engine bro. Connecting rod noise iruntha you have to service the connecting rod and bearing. Next change bore piston kit and also replace valve guide. So it will prevent from white smoke ans pickup problem. That's all bro. 20k la over ha soldra ga bro.

Bro, check bike carburetor slide and next check chocke cable and lever. After that just general check the air filter, spark plug and finally check there is any dust in petrol tap. Within this maximum issue will resolve 👍

Bro let me know if there is any mileage drop? There is two reason for mileage drop. If the valve become bad, Bike pick up will reduce and white smoke come. Another reason if the bore piston got weak also white smoke will come. I thing there is a work in your bike head and bore piston.

Don't do rebore bro that's not worth it. Better replace it new. If we Dismantle the head engine only we can able to identify bro. Because if the head value oil seal went bad also white smoke will come.
