06:10 for those who may not know ( I see it was the most replayed section of the video) 1. Tighten the handle and let it lie facing whichever direction on your last turn. 2. The handle can disengage by pulling on it and can be adjusted so that after tightening you can make it face any direction you choose.

Yes, a very, very important point they neglect to even mention. At one point, they tell you to tighten the lever, and then go on to say it must point forward when tight. Well, in the real world, and without knowing the tip you mention, that would be nearly impossible to have it tight at exactly point forward at the same time.

This was the best assembly video. I was easily able to follow the steps. I loved that most of the screws were attached to the body parts - save so much time hunting for the correct screw. It took an hour and 1/2 because I took my time to do it correctly but it was worth every minute.

We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. kzbin.infoUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

Great video! I paid for the assembly but because of the virus I wasn't able to get it assembled at home so I followed this video to a T and I had it together in an hour and a half. I am not good at putting stuff together so I really appreciated this I wasn't confused at all.

We're having trouble with the handlebar post step. When tightened, it only points upwards. It is not possible to get it to point downwards while tight. Even more confusing, our handlebar post has no holes in it. Very confused and stuck.
@darrenmichaud85196 ай бұрын
I’m also stuck here! There are not any holes to “engage” and the handle cannot point downwards - there is about a half inch of bolt thread still hanging out once it’s fully tightened
@oldgoattheantichrist34684 жыл бұрын
When you assemble the handlebar to the bike, make sure that the lever is pointing diagonally to the left (from a seated on the bike point of view) when fully tightened or you will not be able to loosen the handlebar enough to slide it closer or further away because of the water bottle bracket.
@nickgreico4 жыл бұрын
If you pull the lever straight down, you can move it around the nut and tighten it from any position! Took me a long time to figure that out

I had to search other blogs to figure out the handle bar tightening mechanism actually has a ratchet built in...if you pull the handle out toward you, it will freely turn and not engage, which allows you to adjust the position of the handle when tightening! Something they completely leave out of the instructions...

Anyone else have an issue with the magnetic brake not being centered on the flywheel? I can't find a video or anywhere in the manual that shows how to adjust the caliper to center it?? I feel like it may be causing the resistance to feel much higher at lower levels than it should. Customer service (after 2 hours on hold) emailed me excerpts form the manual on brake replacement than don't help at all.

Great video..but I can’t figure out how to get the handle bars closer or further it’s locked in cause that water bottle bracket
@farenhe1t4 жыл бұрын
Lisa Gallegos - Dog Training The best way I found was to take the console screen off the bracket that the water bottle trays connect to. Then remove the bracket. Twist the handlebar adjustment handle so the handlebars can slide. Slide the handlebars all the way forward and tighten them, like vid says, with the adjustment handle facing forward. If the adjustment handle isn’t facing forward, you can pull the handle down towards the floor, then twist it so it faces forward. Finally you can reinstall the water bottle bracket, and attach the console screen again.

I don't know how you can put on water bottle holder and tighten the handlebar, it sticks out and you can't slide if it hits . I have been on this for 3 hours and can't figure out how to do it. It can't be tighted and point to the side because then the water bottle holder won't let you slide it.
@turquoise_sky Жыл бұрын
I had the same problem since I like the handlebars close (I’m short!) and the handlebar lever was blocked by the water bottle holder. I finally figured out if you pull the lever straight down toward the ground, you can move the handlebars to the position you need, then push the lever back up and in place to tighten it. Pull it down again as many times as you need to get it tightened.
