I have a 2017 Kia Optima and I purchased. You're a 9 inch floating deck and the fascia that I purchased from metra. It's not compatible with this and I don't know why but something is wrong with your guys' system installation system. Can you please help me find the right Dash tip for it because, obviously, metros, is it working?And that's the correct year
