I've had my D1 Pro sitting there ages to be put together. The instructions with the machine are not that good. I am so glad I found this video it's been so much easier. A lot of stop, start and plenty rewinds. Now all I have to do is get the smoke remover machine up and running then attempt to do some cutting 😊 Thanks again

There is a plastic sticker over the air assist screw hole on mine - I assume that was supposed to be removed. Also adding in the coloured connectors is awkward af... and using cable ties is very cheap. this part of the design could definitely use some improvement

my first set up, when i try to frame the image i press frame and the laser module either goes fully right and the alarm go off or left and hit the side again with the belt makinga horriblre noise as well any ideas whats going run

For some reason my D1 Pro won't engrave a picture, it just slides up and down. No sideway motion

Just got one, put it together and now what? Have the red one. Can I use the software laser box basic with it? Someone said no but you can use it with the blue machine? How much is laser burn?

Hello I'm at the phase of experimenting materials but I have questions for you before I begin: 1.Do I need both an air assist and a fume extractor? Do they do the same thing? 2.Do you suggest a metal plate or a honeycomb Laser Bed to go on top of silicon mat but under material? 3. Should the laser slide all the way to the mat or be adjusted where when it slides in, the back metal piece of laser underneath plug is even with the bracket its attaching to? Ultimately resulting in laser being approximately a quarter inch from the mat?

@xToollaser thank you for your time and support.​ I believe your order # 1 & 2 answers' are to my questions order 2 & 1 correct? Q3 : my laser just slide in the holder slot and is flat to the mat. It slides in and out freely as I choose. Is this a correct position? Is the laser suppose to be a certain height from the mat during assembly or does the height adjust with the command from the software?

Thank you so much for the great video! Ive encoutered my first issue, for the step at 8:01, I cant plug the White cable into the white socket, I have tried for ways, it seems there is a plastic piece on the white cable that it stoping it from sliding in, ayone else have this problem?? Thank you!

I assembled my D1 Pro 20 W yesterday. Sliding the two plates to the front plate didn't work, the circuit board has an edge in the way. The air assist won't screw on. The shaft connecting the two sides was a little bent so it wobbles, the bend is ~ 3 mm. I haven't had time to test it. So not sure how the bent shaft is gonna impact the performance.
