+Sanjay Thakur 2050H is simply a number it depends on program how do you use it if you are using it as a 16 bit data then u can consider it as a data. In a program it can also be used as an address. And yes for addressing mode point of view it is a 16 bit data.

+Fadi Zidi No as we have used 8 bit register to set up a loop it can have maximum value 255. Beyond that it will not work you will have to use a 16 bit register for a program having large number of data. Delay using 16 bit register program may give you idea how to implement 16 bit register to set up a loop.
