Hi BENKS; just bought this case for my iPhone 15 Pro and the case came with some stains in the back part, can I get a refund or can you change the case for me? I can send photos of the stains

I should have read the instruction before taking off the case. It’s so hard I almost broke it and my nails. Now I can take it off much easier. Thanks!
