I just bought the red one for my son. To me the back wheels dont look right. Are bike didnt not come with any pieces assembled. So hopefully you can help me out

You plug the charging cord into the socket located between: (1) the forward/reverse black button and (2) where the handlebars connect. See 0:57 and 4:02.

The wheel aren't moving. The bike lights and music are working.

Difficult to say. Check the basics: Is the black switch selecting forward or reverse? Is the "gas pedal" depressed completely? Is the battery charged? Is the wiring all connected properly? Can the wheels spin without anything pressing against them, preventing them from spinning? Did any of the wires break? (If any wires broke, strip the plastic from the ends of the wires, twist them together, and cover with black electrician's tape.)

How do you add the black spacer between the front end and frame (3:40)? It won’t fit. The bolt can’t pass through.

Hmmm,. unsure. I'd check to make sure the bracket on the front end is attached properly (1:25 and 1:50)...? I think the spacer helps but if everything else seems to fit/work otherwise, it may not be essential.
