The payroll tax is a joke. Not let residents shoulder the burden of their own schools? JC pays one of the lowest rates in THE STATE Raj. JC pays 1.48% relative to 2.4% for the state average. Stop misleading the public.

That's such an out of touch way to look at robbing someone of their money, money that has already been taxed before and isn't income.
