Assessment of cerebral palsy

Cerebral palsy means risk baby it's a pediatrics condition in which there is less supply of blood on brain just after birth due to which many problems occur in body such as
1) Spastic extremities
2) Mental retardation
3) Intellectual disability
4)Flaccid extremities
5) Low IQ
6) Ataxic
Cerebral palsy can occur due to( Etiology)
1) Prenatal
2) Postnatal
3) Perinatal causes
