FND is a difficult thing to explain, so this is a detailed account of my first experience of this condition and two subsequent hospital admissions, with both great and terrible experiences of NHS care.

Hey I know this guy! DaNSter! So sorry for these terrible things you've been going through, you're way too cool to have to go through anything like this. Not fair at all! It sounds like you are handling everything in great ways though, it must be really scary at times, but you're always bouncing back with your amazing sense of humoUr intact! TOMSter!! It's been forever dude. Thanks for watching my vid. It has been a rocky road for the last few years and it's only been recently I've started to openly talk about these struggles. Like you say, a sense of humour goes a long way and I'm just as Danster happyish as I was those years ago. I miss our collabs and fun times too. Your song parodies always made me laugh so much. Our Fairytale of New York was so much fun to do and I still watch it at Christmas, which makes me smile. I've continued singing in the shower etc. It's frustrating that one of my vocal cords becomes paralysed every now and then, meaning my voice sounds quiet and different, but even then I've learned to sing with it like that. I hope you're doing okay over in monster truck land. I'm assuming you're still a musical fella. Your ability to recreate or reimagine tunes is second to none man :D I feel a 'present day' collab coming on, yeah?!

Thank you. It’s a hard condition to deal with, especially as I look pretty normal in between having more obvious symptoms. A definite invisible illness. I’m a happy fella, so I don’t tend to let things get me down :)

Hi man, it’s so nice to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my lengthy spiel. I’ve definitely got an amazing wife who copes well with these health issues cropping up. I’ve become a pretty stubborn compulsive optimist so I don’t stay knocked down for too long. I hope you and the family are doing okay. I’d love to hear your current news :)
